Not because people don’t want to talk, but because they don’t know how to talk. Fear of being judged, fear of saying the wrong thing, tiredness from daily life all of this creates confusion and emotional distance.

The world itself is not easy, so relationships aren’t either.

If you and your partner are going through a long-distance phase, remember this: support each other and try to understand the situation instead of fighting it.

Love is not just an emotion.
It is also a responsibility.

And once you understand that distance will start feeling smaller.

After all, nothing in life is permanent not even distance.

Coffee in their hands.

A cigarette slowly burning between them.

Rose kept shaking her leg from the edge of the roof.
John stared at his phone… as if trying to delete something.

After a long silence, Rose asked:

“Is moving on that hard?”

John replied,

“No.
What’s hard is accepting the betrayal.”

Rose paused.

“Then why do people betray,
even when they know the consequences?”

John looked up at the sky.

Then he said:

“Because logic can justify anything.

People give reasons.
They explain their choices.
They convince themselves they were right.

But when the reasons end…

feelings begin.”

He took a slow breath.

“Your mind starts reminding you what you did.

But your heart refuses to accept it.

And when explanations finally disappear…

guilt takes over.

That day you lose everything.

Even yourself.”

Rose asked quietly:

“Does that realization come when the other person discovers your lies?”

John shook his head.

“No.

It comes when life makes you feel the same pain.

When you hear the same words.

When you face the same betrayal.”

Rose looked at him carefully.

“How long did it take you to realize?”

John stared at the sky.

The cigarette was almost finished.

He whispered,

“Eight years.”

“When my wife did the same thing to me…

I remembered you, Rose.

But by then it was too late.

You were already gone.”

John slowly turned his head to the side.

The chair next to him was empty.

The coffee beside him had already gone cold.

Rose was never there.

She was only a memory he kept returning to…
on quiet nights like this.

Sometimes guilt doesn’t just remind you of the past.

It makes you talk to people who are no longer there.

No one talks about this openly — because it sounds wrong.
But it’s more common than we admit.

When you were with your ex, in the beginning, everything felt right. You were excited. You saw a future. You imagined a version of life with them.

Then things slowly changed. Imbalance happened. Maybe misunderstandings. Maybe emotional gaps. But you stayed. Not just because of love — but because of the dream you had already built in your head.

Now you are in a healthier relationship. Things are calmer. More stable. And suddenly, sometimes, a memory of your ex appears.

Why?

Not because you want them back.
Not because your current partner is lacking.

But because your brain connects the present progress with the old dream you once imagined.

Two silent things usually happen:

• You start doubting quietly — a small “what if” enters your mind.
• Or a random memory appears when something today feels similar to what you once hoped for.

And you confuse memory with longing.

The real truth?
Sometimes you don’t miss the person.

You miss the unfinished version of life you once imagined with them.

That’s very different.

So, what can you do?

• Notice when exactly the feeling appears. What triggered it?
• Observe your reaction — guilt, regret, warmth, emptiness?
• Ask yourself honestly — even if it worked out, would it truly have been right for you?

Feelings are natural. But awareness shapes them.

Before making someone else understand you, understand yourself.

Not every memory means you are stuck.
Sometimes it simply means you are human.

How many of you relate to this?

There are two types of expectations:

1. The ones you place on yourself.

2. The ones others place on you.

The problem begins when you start living according to other people’s patterns — intentionally or unintentionally.

Let’s break it down.

1. Exhaustion + Expectation = Irritation

When you return from work tired, what do you need?

Good food. Quiet. Human connection.

But when you’re already overloaded with your own expectations, and someone adds theirs on top of you — even small ones — it feels heavy.

Giving up feels easy because it removes the load.

2. Communication Is Fast. Understanding Is Slow.

We speak quickly. We message instantly.

But words carry intention.

Often you don’t know a) What tone you’re using b) What insecurity you’re projecting c) What interpretation the other person will create

Misalignment creates mental loops.

3. Overthinking Isn’t “Too Much Thinking.”

It’s thinking without direction.

Your mind keeps replaying because it doesn’t have a structured question to answer.

Chaos continues when there’s no focus.

So, what’s the solution?

Clear communication with light intention.

Not to defend your space. Not to escape pressure.

But to build connection.

And when overthinking starts: Don’t fight the thought. Ask a better question.

A focused question forces the brain into problem-solving mode instead of emotional looping.

Questions create direction, Direction reduces noise.

At some point in life, all of us experience rejection — especially in relationships.

But rejection is not always dramatic. It doesn’t always look like a breakup. Sometimes it shows up as cheating. Sometimes it shows up as emotional withdrawal. Sometimes it’s simply a lack of awareness toward your partner’s needs.

Many people think rejection hurts only because of love. That’s not always true. Often, what hurts more is the impact on ego.

When someone chooses to leave, or chooses someone else, it challenges how we see ourselves. It can make a person feel replaced, undervalued, or powerless. That’s when anger, resentment, or even harsh words come out.

Rejection doesn’t automatically create hatred. It exposes insecurity and unhealed ego.

For one person, a situation becomes a lesson — they reflect, accept, and move forward.
For another, it becomes a trigger — “How could this happen to me?” or “How dare they leave?”

The difference is awareness.

It’s rarely just about losing connection. Most of the time, it’s about losing control over a narrative we believed would go our way.

Understanding this helps us respond with maturity instead of reacting from ego.

But is it actually like that?

Many people now say love doesn’t exist in the modern world not because people don’t care, but because they’re too busy to show up consistently. When they fail, social media is quick to paint them as villains. We hear phrases everywhere like, “If someone can’t make time when you need them, what’s the point?”
And yes, I agree once or twice can be understood, but not every time.

The problem is, we live in a social culture where our circle constantly compares making the next person seem inferior, replaceable. Slowly, without realizing it, we absorb this mindset.

Then there’s another layer we rarely talk about.

Your partner’s past can hurt you. And one day, you suddenly stand against them, fighting without fully understanding what’s actually hurting you. This is called retroactive hurt: pain about something that happened before emotional safety was established. If this isn’t understood in time, it quietly destroys the relationship.

Cheating and breakups feel normal nowadays not because people lack emotions, but because taking responsibility for another human feels scary. Relationships are judged like jobs

; you’re in one but constantly scanning for a better option. Our environment has become so toxic that we forget how the brain works how the person we love thinks, reacts, and processes pain.

Yes, the world is full of disappointment and challenges.
But good things still exist. Positivity still exists. And once you truly settle with yourself, everything slowly starts making sense.

Not being average simply means taking one small step forward every day no matter how boring it feels, no matter how tired you are. It’s about showing up consistently. That consistency is what quietly sets you apart.

You begin to glow in your field not because you’re perfect, but because you care. You give importance to the work, you put in the effort, and that’s where the real gold lies.

“Average” is just a label. Whether it applies to you or not is entirely your choice.

Back in college, I watched a lot of YouTube, and one line stuck with me: “Do you think scientists, the rich, or researchers are thinking less than you?”

That made complete sense. We all carry different responsibilities, perspectives, routines, and goals. Yet, what’s common among us? Peace. At the end of the day, we all want that sense of freedom the feeling of not just existing but truly living. We want each day to feel like we’re achieving something, creating something for ourselves.

Life isn’t always the dreamland we imagine. But nothing is impossible in this universe. All it takes is patience.

So why do we get trapped in overthinking? Because we’re constantly struggling to fix loopholes. The more we try to escape problems, the more tangled we become.

Take a simple example: a child with 5 rupees goes to buy chocolate. Faced with many choices, he wishes he had more money. That regret and hope "I wish I could do this instead of that… I hope things had turned out differently” is what we carry into adulthood.

The more we depend on escaping situations, the more we get stuck in them.

Right now, the best thing you can have is consistency.
It’s not about being scared of what if it doesn’t work or what if it doesn’t make sense.
All you need to do is keep showing up…. again and again, every single day.
Eventually, the path reveals itself.

Back in my college days, I didn’t know what I wanted to do or which direction to choose.
Today, I write about everyday observations - and that’s where growth begins.
My observation skills are getting sharper, and that’s something worth holding onto.

Writing isn’t about how much you write or how long you write.
It’s about writing until it starts making sense to others.

One of the best things about this generation is technology.
You can read, write, modify - and most importantly, recreate.

The scarcity principle pushes you to act because it reminds you that time is limited.
You stop waiting. You start doing.

Goals are meant to be achieved.
But before purpose comes P - Preparation.

And preparation begins by doing the work, even when it feels unclear.

Have you noticed how repetition slowly creates clarity?

When you date someone older than you, there may come a time when you feel they don’t care at all. Is that always true? Not necessarily. It may be true in some cases, but not in all.

People have different choices, lifestyles, and responsibilities. When things don’t go the way we expect, we often assume the person isn’t right for us. But if you pause, settle your mind, and reflect, you may begin to understand that perspective.

As people grow older, responsibilities increase, and their way of expressing care changes. Until you reach that stage of life yourself, it’s difficult to fully understand the situation of the person standing in front of you.

True love may face barriers, but it never has boundaries. If the love is genuine, patience and understanding will eventually bring clarity—and sometimes, it brings the person back too.

When we were children, did we feel this pressure? Not really. Not because we were small — but because we didn’t yet understand judgment. Even if someone said something hurtful, its meaning didn’t sink in. Other people’s opinions didn’t control us.

As we grow up, everything changes.
“If I cry, people will mock me.”
“If I shout, I’ll be called rude.”

Slowly, we start filtering every emotion through fear of how we’ll be seen. And the truth is — people will see you the way they choose to, not the way you try to explain yourself.

That’s where the real conflict begins.

Still, expressing your emotions matters. Even if it doesn’t make sense to others, it should make sense to you. Because at the end of the day, you are you — not a version created for public approval.

The impact was heartbreaking.
Some children stopped talking.
Some withdrew socially.
Some developed lifelong fear of speaking.
And many carried the emotional damage into adulthood.

The study was never formally published because of how unethical it was. Years later, the government apologized and compensated the survivors. But trauma doesn’t vanish with apologies — not when the wounds were created in childhood.

And this isn’t just history.
This is what happens every day around us.

When someone is bullied…
When we criticize someone’s ability…
When we mock their mistake…
When we shame them for something small…

We may think it’s “just words.”
But for the other person, those words can shape the way they see themselves for the rest of their life.

Our ancestors always said: “Words are power.”
They were right.

This is why we need to learn concepts like wabi-sabi — embracing imperfections, accepting flaws, and seeing beauty in the broken places.

After all, we’re human.
We’re meant to uplift each other.
To hold space for one another.
To be kind — because nobody truly knows the battles someone is fighting inside.

In my office , I sent one email after my senior approval but that was not the correct format. My TL scolled me for that, and i got angry , but the thing is there is tears in my eyes. And my trainer is also worried about me. But once my shift got over i came out from office and everything felt normal to me. Later i recive message from my TL she was prasing me for my work, and giving comfort not to worry about anything. That moment myself became soft for her and replied her in thankful way.

By this small incident , i got to know 5 things 1. Let your emotion out whatever you are feeling else you will be numb. 2. Leave that place for sometimes that causing stress to you. 3. Walk for sometime or even give yourself treat be normal and come in your comfort and peaceful state. 4. Peocess that situation if its in your hand that you can solve move forward for that or else let it go. 5. Be your know superstar , know when to act , how to act. Expand yourself dont be limit.

“Life isn’t meant to be perfect, but whenever it gets tough — remember Rule No. 1: you’re not here to lose.”
